Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the sales team operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear individual and team sales goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching plans.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and competitive culture focused on success.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Define and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Forecast sales, set quarterly/annual targets, and track progress against the budget.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
  • Be ultimately accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the team.
  • Identify and pursue major accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and sales enablement tools.
  • Drive the adoption of upselling and cross-selling strategies within the team.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle and resolve major client issues or escalations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
