Magpie CareUK Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. The Role

As a Sales Executive at Magpie CareUK Limited, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of services, including:

• Health and Social Care
• Health & Safety
• Business Skills Training through both E-learning and Face-to-Face
• Employability support
• Domestic Cleaning Services

You will guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to successful conversion, using digital platforms, email marketing, and telemarketing.

You will proactively contact new and existing customers, identify their needs, negotiate sales, achieve targets, and ensure all sales documentation is accurately maintained.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• A highly motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
• Confidence in following processes, handling administration, and working under pressure.
• Excellent organisation and diary management skills, with timely follow-ups.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.).
• The ability to build rapport, gain trust, and handle objections calmly and professionally.
• A professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach.
• Sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred, however enthusiastic and quick learners from customer service or other sales backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
