Sales and Estimating Manager, Security Systems, Harlow, COR7434

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to join a leading firm specialising in security and infrastructure systems. Our client, a renowned provider in the industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to drive growth and innovation within their team.

The Company

Our client is a leading supplier of Fire Safety and Security infrastructure. They’re a respected company within their space, working on projects up and down the UK for a variety of commercial and public sector clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the customer base of a well-respected suite of products.

This role is hybrid remote, working from their Harlow offices 3 days a week. The role includes a generous base salary, a car allowance, and other benefits.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll lead business development efforts, foster strong client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the estimation process, ensuring accuracy, and spearheading strategic initiatives for market expansion. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring members of the sales and estimation teams, winning tenders and new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience evaluating client requirements and devising tailored security solutions to meet their needs.
  • Have prior knowledge of security systems, IRS, fire safety systems in the UK.
  • Ideally some prior knowledge of industry trends and best practices in communal infrastructure, security, and fire safety.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development with solution-oriented selling skills.
