Are you looking for your next challenge? Baxi Heating is a leading provider of environmentally friendly and efficient heating solutions across a range of leading domestic and commercial brands. We have over 150 years of experience, pride ourselves on our values and strive for earning lifetime loyalty with our customers.
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated team members to join our Customer Support Team as Sales and Customer Service Agents.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working both individually and within a team, organised, and someone who has an excellent eye for detail.
In your first three weeks, you’ll attend training from 08:00-14:00, Monday to Friday, which involves in-office sessions with our Customer Service Trainer.
After which you have a choice of:
Hours available:
20hrs pw - AM shift 08:00-12:00 or PM shift 14:00-18:00
30hrs pw - AM shift 08:00-14:00 or PM shift 12:00-18:00
Contracts start from September/October 2025.
