We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Aftercare Manager to lead customer experience, after-sales revenue growth, and service contract development within a Product Support function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and growing service-based revenue streams.
As the Sales & Aftercare Manager, you will take ownership of service contracts, post-delivery support, spares and repairs coordination, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Install & Service teams to ensure customers receive seamless support from installation through the life of their products.
This is a key leadership position involving both hands-on management and strategic responsibility.
