Job Title: New Home Sales Advisor – Midlands (Field-Based)

Our client, a well-established and respected new house builder, is seeking a motivated and professional New Home Sales Advisor to join their expanding team. This exciting role requires flexibility and travel across multiple developments throughout the Midlands region.

The Role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential buyers, delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Proactively manage leads and enquiries, conducting viewings and following up to secure reservations.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the homes and developments, helping customers find the right property for their needs.
  • Travel to various sites across the Midlands as required, ensuring coverage and support across multiple developments.
About You:
  • Previous property sales experience is essential (new homes sales experience desirable).
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel regularly across the Midlands.
  • Flexible and professional approach with the ability to work independently.
Package:
  • Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (DOE) + commission
