Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury client experience
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international and VIP clientele
• Represent Maison Harleen’s brand image, values, and aesthetic with excellence
• Offer expert styling guidance and detailed product knowledge
• Ensure the highest standards of service, presentation, and visual merchandising
• Support daily boutique operations in line with luxury retail standards

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (second language)
• Proven experience in luxury fashion or premium retail (Optional)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset
