Are you a confident, customer-focused Sales professional with experience in the new build housing sector? We're recruiting New Homes Sales Consultants to represent a respected and fast-growing developer with upcoming and active sites across East Lothian.

As the face of the development, you'll guide buyers through every step of the home-buying journey — delivering exceptional service, driving reservations, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first enquiry through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry to move-in day
  • Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and providing expert product knowledge
  • Achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and customer engagement
  • Conducting professional home demonstrations and delivering high-quality handovers
  • Working closely with site, marketing, and legal teams to progress sales through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and sales records
  • Ensuring the sales complex and showhomes are presented to the highest standard
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in new homes sales or high-end customer-facing roles (estate agency, property, luxury retail, hospitality)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on site while collaborating with wider project teams
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Weekend working flexibility (typical in new homes sales)
