Working days: Friday – Tuesday

Are you passionate about property and driven by achieving results? Maitland Selwyn is looking for an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a prestigious developer and help buyers find their perfect home.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcoming and guiding prospective buyers through the home buying journey

  • Providing expert advice on products, incentives, and the purchase process

  • Maintaining the presentation of the sales suite and show homes

  • Following up leads and managing your sales pipeline efficiently

  • Working collaboratively with site teams and head office to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
  • A strong track record in new homes sales or a similar sales environment

  • A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

  • Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated

  • Willingness to work weekends (your days off will be Wednesday & Thursday)
