Sales Advisor (New Homes) - East Sussex, leading housebuilder

Knightwood are working with a leading housebuilder who are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their busy Sussex division, based on a development in East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer with a strong pipeline of work across the region.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the development
• Guide purchasers through the buying journey from initial enquiry to completion
• Manage reservations, contracts, and customer extras (upgrades & options)
• Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite and show homes
• Work towards sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, as the role involves managing customer extras and various site processes
• Will consider candidates without direct experience if they can demonstrate strong presentation, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills

Package & Hours

• Basic salary: £35,990
• OTE: £60,000+
• Hours: Thursday - Monday, 10am - 5:30pm (sales office open 7 days a week)
• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
