Overview
A good all-round customer service professional is required for this Sales Administrator position, excellent prospects are available for the right person.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round administrative support for the Operations and Project teams
- Acting as initial contact for all customer enquiries and providing advice and support
- Maintaining Salesforce system and updating information held when needed
- Supporting event organisation and co-ordinating meeting and conference arrangements
- Processing customer orders for consumable products from start to finish
- Ensuring that service or maintenance contracts are invoiced in accordance with renewal dates
- Providing information and guidance to clients on services provided
- Co-ordinating appointments for Surveyors to complete assessments
- Collating Surveyor plans and producing detailed quotations for clients
- Following up on quotations to establish client interest and managing orders received
