Job Description

As Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the internal database.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with data analysis for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide updates on orders.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
