Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our small but mighty team; someone who can help develop and grow our international presence to infinity and beyond. Reporting into the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for region-specific customers, delivering commercial results and strengthen long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of regional-specific customer accounts
  • Take charge of sales and distribution within designated markets to deliver commercial targets
  • Identify and expand opportunities with existing customers, working with the Sales Director to achieve strategic growth plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver account initiatives and brand specific activities.
  • Attend and provide support at relevant events and trade shows.
  • Engage in continual training to stay updated on product lines and enhance sales techniques.
  • Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction within the assigned portfolio.
  • Analyse trends, data and activity by market & customer to inform decision making.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within licensed consumer products (gifting).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical approach and able to action outcomes
  • Skilled in relationship and trust building
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organization and time management abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with flexible and proactive approach to managing workload.
  • Full UK driving license
  • Passionate about pop culture and our products
