• Experience working in a primary care environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Carry out home and care home visits as required.
• Manage clinical administration including referrals and test results.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

Fully qualified GP with GMC registration

Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent
