A leading supply chain partner is hiring for an operations role within their warehouse. The role focuses on delivering customer service while managing and motivating a team of 20-30 colleagues. You will work nights (10pm-6am) and ensure that all safety standards are met. Experience in team management and a commitment to performance improvement are essential. This position offers an opportunity to engage at all levels and deliver targets efficiently.
This job is for an operations role within a warehouse environment, focused on delivering first-class customer service and aligning with the customer site service level agreement.
To support all areas of the Warehouse to deliver first class customer service. Working as part of a wider team across the operation to ensure that processes in all areas are followed to maintain a safe and productive environment in line with the customer's site service level agreement. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to engage at all levels with good communication skills, working closely with peers as well as managing and motivating a team of up to 20-30 colleagues to deliver targets to strict timelines. Working any 5/7 Nights- 10pm-6am.
