Role Overview

The Safety Manager will lead all aspects of health, food and fire safety across all itsu shops and academy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead health, food and fire safety, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.
  • Maintain and innovate itsu’s safety standards, policies and procedures.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across departments to promote a unified safety culture.
  • Monitor, evaluate and implement health and safety legislation.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, analyse trends, and develop strategic plans to enhance safety and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Level 4 food safety qualification
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate
  • Experience liaising with local authority enforcement officers
