A respected global organization is seeking a Multi-site HSE Manager to oversee operations at six sites in the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma level Health and Safety Qualification, have experience in engineering or manufacturing, and strong leadership skills. The role allows for hybrid working, with a salary of approximately £65,000 plus a £6,000 car allowance and additional benefits.
HSE Recruitment are working with a respected global organisation who are looking for a Multi–site HSE Manager who will be responsible for 6 operational sites in the UK.
You will ideally be based in Lincolnshire but the expectation is you will be travelling approx. 3 days a week with hybrid working permitted.
You will have a team of 10 reporting into you at a site level so your role is not about doing the day to day, it is providing that leadership for the team. Your role will be to giving that overarching advice guidance and support, provide the direction, management of the team, positive stakeholder engagement internally and externally and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.
It going to be a diverse role with different contracts at each site which comes with unique challenges
On offer is a salary of circa 65,000 plus 6000 car allowance as well as other generous benefits which include a bonus.
