Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive experience in safeguarding leadership and delivery ideally within Further Education or apprenticeship settings.
• In-depth current knowledge of UK safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance.
• Exceptional discipline in building mechanisms that ensure compliance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the safeguarding culture promoting a safe learning environment.
