  • 2+ years of Customer Success and/or Account Management experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment.
  • Empathetic, customer-focused with outstanding communication skills.
  • Self-directed with a solid history of quota achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth revenue for current customers.
  • Educate prospects and customers on product value.
  • Manage renewals proactively for ARR contract customers.
  • Provide detailed forecasting and maintain CRM data.
