A luxury fashion brand in Leeds is seeking an RTR Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting tasks. The role involves managing a high-performing team of Accountants, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a professional accounting qualification, experience in management, and strong communication skills. This full-time role is based in the Leeds office for at least 3 days per week.
As the RTR Finance Manager - Americas at Burberry, you'll oversee the completion of finance and accounting tasks within the RTR Centre of Excellence for the Americas region. You will deliver high quality financial information, compliance and controls, connect with stakeholders to understand commercial priorities and challenges, and develop solutions to improve processes for more efficient ways of working. You will manage and lead a team of Accountants and Senior Accountants in all aspects of the month end process, ensuring resources and skills are allocated effectively while encouraging professional development and a continuous improvement mindset.

This RTR Finance Manager - Americas role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Queen Street, Leeds office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
