Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded Law Firm based in the Lancashire, which is looking for an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team.

Role: RTA Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: Lancashire/Hybrid

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 annum DOE

The Role
  • Manage a busy caseload of pre‑litigated and/or litigated RTA personal injury claims
  • Draft key legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court pleadings.
  • Handle MOJ Portal and OIC Portal claims from start to finish.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurers, defendants, and other representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Key Requirements
  • A qualified Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury
  • Someone with excellent communication, advocacy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet billing/fee targets
