A leading Legal 500 firm in Kent is seeking an experienced RTA & Credit Hire Solicitor to join its highly regarded personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality defendant or claimant work within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that genuinely invests in its people.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of RTA and credit hire matters, including:

  • Handling litigated and pre-litigated RTA claims, including complex credit hire disputes
  • Managing cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
  • Dealing with liability, quantum, and evidence, including instructions to experts
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients at hearings where required
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver consistently high standards of client care
