  • Collect, validate, and reconcile usage data (e.g., sales reports, streaming data, third‑party statements).
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with internal teams or external suppliers/contributors.
  • Maintain royalty schedules and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date for the team to meet month‑end deadlines.
  • Be an escalation point for queries from talent, agents, partners, or internal teams regarding royalty calculations and statements.
  • Assist with audits, providing supporting documentation and explanations as needed.
Identify process improvements to streamline reporting, data handling, and statement accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, contract obligations, and standards.

  • Experience interpreting contracts or legal agreements to support accurate royalty calculations and reporting
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

  • Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and work to tight month‑end deadlines in a high‑volume environment
  • Clear and professional communication style when responding to queries from talent, agents, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across finance, legal, licensing and external partners
  • Comfortable working with royalty systems or ERP tools (e.g. Rightsline, Alliant), or able to quickly adapt to new systems
