Overview

Rotational Registered Veterinary Nurse

Location: North Downs Specialist Referrals

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week on average

Shifts run between 7.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday, weekend duties once every 6 weeks.

Salary: From - £31,500 depending on experience

Your role and responsibilities

We require a full-time RVN to join our day nursing team. You will work as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team consisting of fellow RVNs, Clinicians, Residents, Interns, and Nursing Assistants. You will see a large and varied caseload, allowing you to work within an exceptional team and develop your career whilst being exposed to cases from a variety of disciplines. This is a rewarding and challenging role that will require teamwork and dedication to each service and their patients.

You will rotate through different departments in our hospital and utilise the nursing skills for which you have trained, working within one of our five Wards, Diagnostics or Theatre.

There is a night nursing team, so there will be no regular night shifts. Referral experience is not essential as full training is provided within a comprehensive induction programme.
