A prominent NHS healthcare provider in Epsom is seeking a Rotational Occupational Therapist responsible for the assessment and treatment planning for patients. You will lead the care for your caseload and supervise junior staff while contributing to service development. The ideal candidate holds an Occupational Therapy qualification and is registered with the Health Professions Council. The role offers a salary range of £44,485 to £52,521 per annum, pro rata.

The post holder will be responsible for assessment, treatment planning and intervention delivery of patients referred to their caseload. The post holder will be required to supervise junior staff, technicians, assistants and students as appropriate. They will be expected to participate in development and monitoring of service standards and to assist in the running of the day to day service.The rotation consists of five clinical speciality areas as detailed below. Post holders will rotate between posts approximately every nine months or shorter/longer depending on joining date or the needs of the service. Training opportunities exist, integrated with a Personal Development Plan/Appraisal, ensuring staff participate in CPD. All staff must be flexible and willing to work in any area. All rotations are cross site and the post holder will be required to be flexible in their working site.
