Overview

A vacancy at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our Brent/Harrow Pharmacy team. The rotational post offers excellent opportunity for band 6 to band 7 progression, subject to completion of necessary in‑house criteria and a successful portfolio review.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekend duty and on‑call rotas following a period of induction and training.
• Rotate between Harrow and Brent sites, working both inpatient and community mental health team settings.
• Provide specialist mental health services to sites such as in‑patients, home treatment teams and community mental health teams.
• Complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy as a foundation pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist with a person‑centred approach.
• Effective interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Previous NHS Hospital pharmacy experience, including mental health, desirable.
