Role: Roster Team Manager
Location: Crewe
A vacancy has arisen for Roster Team Manager based at our Crewe depot. The successful candidate will lead in the delivery of rosters for UK rail activities through providing the resources to meet the train plan within legal and agreed terms and conditions. Within this role the successful candidate will be manage the rostering team at their location.
The successful candidate will actively identify and implement efficiency improvements in collaboration with safety, operations and engineering teams.
You don’t necessarily need rail experience, but you do need to demonstrate how your transferrable skills meet the following:
