About the Role

A Nursery in Epping is seeking a passionate Room Leader to join their warm, nurturing, and well‑established Early Years team. You will play a key role in leading a room, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5. Key Duties
  • Lead day-to-day operations in your allocated room
  • Support and mentor Early Years Practitioners

  • Maintain EYFS documentation and assessments
Requirements
  • Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare
  • Previous Room Leader or Senior Practitioner experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Confident communicator and team leader
  • Passionate about supporting early development
