Up to £26,936.00 per annum, dependent on experience

Nuneaton Fitness Centre are currently recruiting for a passionate, fun and reliable individual with childcare experience.

The role is based within our Nuffield Health Fitness Centre.

Are you a passionate and experienced early years practitioner ready to take the next step in your childcare career? We are a small, welcoming nursery with a strong sense of community, and we’re looking for a dedicated room leader to join our warm and supportive team and work mainly within our under 2's area.

As room leader, you’ll support the Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager and third in charge in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and education are maintained. You’ll also act as a key person for a group of children and take on leadership responsibilities in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the management team in overseeing the daily operations of the nursery

• Lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding childcare
• Assist with planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed at all times
• Provide a caring, stimulating environment where children can thrive
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents, staff, and children

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Previous experience in a senior or room leader role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
• A warm, friendly personality with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
