Responsibilities

• Working on reactive and planned maintenance jobs.
• Working at height safely daily.
• Performing guttering repairs and replacements.
• Utilising portable devices for risk assessments.

Skills

Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance

Good communication and customer service skills
