About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Roofer to join our Estates and Facilities Team based in South London and Kent. Excelcare is a privately-owned Care provider with care homes and a Supported Housing portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about roofing and keen to work in a dynamic and rewarding role.

What You Can Expect :

• £250 per day or £65,000 per annum
• Opportunities for career progression and further training

Key Responsibilities :

• Undertake various roofing repair and renewal works including pitched roofs, torch-on felt, slates, tiles, gutter clearance, lead flashing, and pointing of chimneys.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication while liaising with internal teams across our Support Office in Bromley and our care homes to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
• Work safely and in line with Health & Safety and safeguarding standards.
• Stay up to date with technical and legal requirements relevant to roofing.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with all involved parties to complete repairs on time.

About You :

• Relevant roofing qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Must have own van, mileage expenses paid via Concur.
• Passion for roofing with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve and multitask.
