A prominent music education organization in Sutton Coldfield seeks a Band Coach to inspire children through rock and pop music. Salary: Starting at £27,000 per year, with the opportunity to progress to £31,000
Bonus: Annual bonus linked to both company and individual performance (up to £1,500 per year)
Additional pay: Mileage paid at 45p per business mile (in between schools)

Holiday: 11 weeks of paid school holidays, plus bank holidays
Contract: Full-time, permanent
