Job Title: Roadside Vehicle Technician

Location: Dagenham and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £53,720 basic (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) - OTE up to £58,000

Are you ready to take your skills out of the workshop and onto the open road? We're looking for an experienced Roadside Vehicle Technician to join a leading breakdown and recovery service in a flexible, fast-paced role that keeps you moving just as much as the customers you'll help.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide variety of breakdowns: fault diagnostics, flat tyres and batteries. Think on your feet, apply technical know-how, and deliver the best solution while keeping customers safe and reassured.
• Every call-out is different; be the face of the service, supporting drivers when they need it most.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible approach to hours and travel, including occasional overnight stays
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
