Roadside Technician – Belfast

Location: You will have a geographical area based from where you live so this isn't crucial. This position is covering the Belfast area.

Salary: £35,000 basic, with overtime yearly earnings can be as high as £53,000.

Hours: Varying shift patterns Monday to Sunday, 40 hours. Earliest start time of 6am, latest finish time of 12am. (Lots of overtime available paid at time and a half)

Role Overview

Working closely with the breakdown team, you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues. You will work on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road, otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.

• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
• Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician are the face of the business – it’s important you deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician in light vehicle maintenance (proof of certification required).
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Strong all‑round technical experience – maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
