  • Strong knowledge of imports and customs procedures.
  • Solid understanding of EU transport regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end process for EU road freight import shipments.
  • Quoting, booking, and tracking freight movements with accuracy and care.
  • Building strong relationships with hauliers, carriers, and European partners.
  • Monitoring shipments through to POD and keeping clients fully updated.
  • Handling customs paperwork and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively resolving any operational issues with professionalism.
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact, delivering excellent customer service.

Salary: Up to £30,000

Location: Brentwood, Essex Full‑time

Hybrid working: 2 days from home after probation
