Overview

Road Freight Coordinator. £26,000 per annum, Permanent. 09:00am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday. Location: BS35 Severn Beach, Bristol. 33 days holiday, pension, health plan, eye care, on-site parking and employee shares plan.

Expanding, forward-thinking and team-oriented, this role is with a multi-billion pound global freight forwarding business that is actively recruiting for a road freight agent to join their team. With 350 offices worldwide, you will be working in brand new, purpose-built offices and will play a vital part within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain the smooth running of freight processes.
  • Accurate data entry of freight information.
  • Client and vendor invoicing.
  • Update client contact details on delivery and build rapport.
  • General department administration.
Qualifications
  • Administrative background is required.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs and able to pick up new packages confidently.
  • Experience with a CRM system is beneficial, but full training will be provided within their bespoke system.
  • This role is suitable for candidates with logistics administration, export administration, freight administration, or transport administration experience.
