Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with experience in leadership.
  • Sound understanding of safeguarding policies.
  • Ability to provide high standards of nursing and support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Manager and deputise in their absence.
  • Provide effective leadership and supervision for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory obligations.
  • Deliver high standards of nursing and personal support.

Skills

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience managing a team of nursing and care staff
Experience providing direct personal and social care
Experience working with individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities
Flexibility to work rostered hours

Education

Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care
