Job description

This role is Fixed Term or Secondment for 12 months

We are looking for a dynamic, organised, collaborative individual to join our Clinical Governance Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of specialties and departments to support the development and maintenance of risk registers and business continuity plans and support the organisations resilience function. The post holder will also be involved in the delivery of risk register workshops. The role will involve data entry, general administrative duties and call handling. The post holder will be supported to develop new skills to fulfil all aspects of the role.

You will be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role.

You will bring ambition, energy and enthusiasm to the team with a focus on attention to detail, strong IT skills, including proficient use in excel. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and team working skills are essential.

You must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the role involves liaising with all levels of staff across the organisation.
