Overview

About the Role: The Risk and Compliance Executive position presents an exceptional opportunity to gain business-wide insight and to provide advice and solutions across regulatory and compliance areas. The Risk function underpins the business and maintains regulatory and quality standards as it supports strategic growth. As a Risk Executive you will have varied and significant responsibilities across topics, applying analytical and problem-solving skills daily. The Risk Executive is a key member of our inclusive and supportive central Risk team.

Key responsibilities
  • Compliance, assurance and ICAEW regulation in a growing accountancy firm including regulatory reporting
  • Financial crime management including anti-money laundering (AML)
  • Client onboarding risk and KYC processes
  • Professional indemnity insurance review, case management and support
  • Risk management and business continuity activities
  • Data privacy and data protection
  • Project management and stakeholder reporting (e.g. procurement projects, offboarding, contract terms reviews)
