Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of anatomy, and the ability to administer medications safely and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualised care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, documenting any changes accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Experience
  • A valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to patient care.
  • Demonstrated ability in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
