A leading HR consultancy in the UK seeks a Reward & Benefits Business Partner to drive payroll operations and enhance employee experience. The role involves managing UK and international payroll, leading compensation and benefits programs, and shaping reward strategy in line with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in payroll management, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with a competitive salary package.
Hybrid working. 3 days in office (Basingstoke or London) 2 days working from home.

Working closely with the People Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping reward strategy and ensuring it aligns with organisational goals.
