Our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic workforce planning, working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and maintain trust throughout the organisation. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location.

As a Reward Governance Advisor, you will contribute to the effective management of remuneration governance, ensuring our frameworks and disclosures remain accurate and compliant. You will maintain key data, coordinate governance activities, and produce regulatory reports that inform decision‑making at board and regulator level. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders across People and Culture, Recruitment, Reward Advisory, and Employee Relations, while developing analytical tools and documentation to support regulatory requirements and business queries.
