A local council organization in Pershore is seeking two Revenues & Benefits Officers to handle the administration and management of Council Tax and Benefits. The successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/365. They will work in a friendly team environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality public services. This permanent position offers a salary of £28,598- £32,597 and includes attractive benefits like excellent pension schemes and generous annual leave.

Our Revenues and Benefits team is a shared service responsible for the administration and management of Council Tax and Benefits across three local authorities: Malvern Hills, Worcester City and Wychavon. We play a vital role in processing, maintaining and issuing accurate billing across the area, ensuring residents receive an efficient and reliable service.
We are a friendly, proactive and innovative team based in Pershore who value collaboration and continuous improvement. These are office-based roles with the option for some flexible working.
