About The Position

This role supports both sales development and strategic project coordination, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of revenue generation, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented communicator with a passion for driving results and improving systems. You’ll be the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales and Operations—qualifying inbound leads, following up with engaged prospects, and managing high‑impact projects like RFP responses and InfoSec documentation. There is no outbound selling.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and website traffic.
  • Conduct timely follow‑ups with webinar attendees and demo requests.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead handoff and pipeline hygiene.
Project Management
  • Own the RFP response process using Loopio or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional input for InfoSec, legal, and compliance requests.
  • Track deadlines, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of reusable content and security documentation.
Skills
  • Experience with Loopio, Salesforce, HubSpot or other marketing automation tools would be an asset.
  • Understanding of lead qualification, sales funnels, and CRM hygiene.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with InfoSec frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
