A leading logistics company in Stafford is seeking a Returns Team Member to manage the reverse logistics of stock in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include auditing inbound returns and preparing stock for transfers. The ideal candidate has experience with warehouse management systems and is physically capable of performing manual tasks. The position offers a salary of up to £25,396.80 and benefits such as annual leave and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

  • Experience of warehouse management systems within a distribution operation.
  • Flexible and have a high level of self-motivation.
  • PC skills required for data entry and use of e-mails.
  • Able to operate MHE and act upon initiative.
  • Physically able to carry out manual activities.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and audit inbound returns including unloading and loading trailers.
  • Prepare stock for inter site transfers and RTV collections.
  • Monitor and report stock damages returning from TCs.
  • Process Mints, Derange, QA and Overstock extraction returns.
  • Prepare the layout of reverse pick aisles weekly.

Experience of warehouse management systems
