The Returns Clerk is a key role within our Key Accounts team. Support the Key Account Executives and Admin Controller with investigating delivery issues and reaching a timely resolution. You will have a keen eye for detail and thrive on following a clear process.

Day to Day

• Review and process driver delivery paperwork (PODS) post-delivery
• Ensure timely PODS processing, in line with company and customer contractual KPIS
• Investigate delivery issue internally and externally on all PODS with rejections and or shortages reported
• Ensure timely resolution on issue POD investigations in line with company and customer contractual KPIS
• Support the Admin Controller (this is the advertised roles line manager) in running internal reports to support the completion of above listed duties
• Review Debrief SharePoint files for returning NC stock highlighted on PODS and from there create inbound SAP returns sales orders, so NC stock can be processed by the warehouse - in line with company and customer contractual KPIS
• Work closely with the Customer Service Team to close out any post-delivery related enquiries
