Position: Retrofit Survey Manager

Base Location: Livingston

Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week

Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per year

Role Overview:

Our company is growing, and we are seeking a driven and detail-focused Retrofit Survey Manager to lead survey coordination across our UK-wide energy efficiency programmes, including ECO4, GBIS, WarmWorks and Local Authority schemes.

Sitting at the centre of delivery within Sureserve, this role provides governance and oversight of all survey-related activity across multiple programmes and departments. You will control survey allocation, maintain data integrity, and ensure TrustMark/PAS compliance - safeguarding the quality of information that underpins our funded projects.

This is a fast-paced, high-accountability position suited to someone who can manage concurrent workstreams without compromising accuracy, enjoys structured problem-solving, and can maintain operational cadence across cross-functional stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Acting as the central contact for the surveyors and funders, ensuring smooth communication and issuing resolutions.
• Gaining a clear working knowledge of all active programmes (ECO4, GBIS, WarmWorks and LA schemes) to support a compliant and efficient delivery.
• Allocate and track surveys end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, quality and client expectations are met at all times.
• Support surveyors with information and coordinate with Project Managers to provide timely and accurate progress updates whilst keeping to KPI alignment.
• Conduct daily portal checks and onboard new leads into our internal system to maintain pipeline continuity.
• Safeguard data integrity and TrustMark/PAS compliance across all survey records, and keep internal systems, funder portals and documentation accurate and up to date
• Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting and assist with delegated projects when required

What Should You Have?

• Proven management experience leading a team and effectively overseeing workloads to ensure timely and high-quality results
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams, showing initiative and full ownership of responsibilities while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to evolving business priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring documentation, uploads and reporting are accurate and compliant.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand, meet and exceed client and project requirements.
• Excellent administrative control with a strong numerical ability with confidence in analysing, interpreting and presenting data. (Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

For this role you should hold a full UK Drivers License.
