  • Carry out regular Scheme and estate inspections including regular fire alarm tests and fire Safety inspections.
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
  • Experienced in working with vulnerable adults in a semi-independent housing service, with a strong understanding of the needs of Older People.
  • Sound knowledge of welfare benefits and health and safety procedures for this type of service; confident in supporting residents with benefit applications and queries, including making referrals for additional welfare advice and support.
  • Practical thinker and doer, able to plan and prioritise work, and adapt to change; able to prioritise your work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the housing sector.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people across different cultures.
  • Confident communicator across all channels with good written and verbal communication skills and good IT skills.
