Job Purpose

Working within a busy workshop and warehousing facility, the successful candidate will be required to work within a small team who support, maintain, repair and refurbish the company’s fleet of self-service betting terminals, technical components, Epos equipment, TV and other generic tech stock, as well as manage the day-to-day duties that the other members of the team undertake.

Job Duties
  • Fault-finding and repair procedures of all Retail-related hardware
  • PC repairs and reimaging of software.
  • Printer and scanner repairs and testing.
  • Configuration and testing.
  • Operation of an asset stock system to aid the business in tracking high-value items.
  • Supporting all aspects of the daily duties of the workshop and distribution of equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Proficiency in general PC and electronics support and repair
  • Proficiency in gaming machine repair and support

Desirable (training will be provided):

  • Portable appliance testing qualification would be required but training will be provided to the successful candidate
