Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Keyholder or Senior Sales Assistant in retail.
• Confidence supporting and motivating a team.
• A customer first mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve high standards and strong sales results.
• Help with stock replenishment, visual standards and merchandising.

We are recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join a well loved lifestyle retail brand in Grasmere.
